A wish granted as part of the Christmas special for Three Wishes on NBC. Hosted by multi-Grammy-winning musician Amy Grant. And yes, she really is that cool and has that big a heart. After shooting this segment, Amy took Colton and his family out to dinner and a Broadway show with no cameras, no publicity... on her nickel.
Three Wishes was one of those shows that although it had some overly contrived moments, it accomplished such amazing things for people. And caused millions of Americans to collectively reach for their boxes of Kleenex. Seriously though... any show that spreads second chances and hope is a show I'm honored to be part of.
